Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, jewelry can only be returned if it is unworn, in the original unopened packaging with hygiene seals intact, or if the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us. If your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Typical tracked return costs to our warehouse in China are approximately $25–$35 USD (local equivalent). Actual costs may vary depending on the courier.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Selvaye will cover the return costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn jewelry

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The simplest method is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, provided they have not yet been processed. Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. After delivery, you can still use our 30-day return policy.
