Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost
All orders within the United States are shipped free of charge. No minimum purchase is required. We currently only ship orders within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Delivery within the United States typically takes 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Total Delivery Timeframe
From the moment you place your order until it arrives, the total timeframe is usually 5–9 business days (1–3 business days for processing plus 4–6 business days for delivery).

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. You can follow your order directly through the courier’s tracking system.

Delivery Limitations
We currently ship only within the United States. Delivery to P.O. boxes cannot be guaranteed. If this affects your order, our support team will contact you.

Delays and Issues
Delays may occasionally occur during busy seasons, public holidays, or due to courier issues outside our control. If your package is confirmed lost in transit or not delivered, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement in line with our Refund Policy.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, provided they have not yet been processed. Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. After delivery, you can still make use of our 30-day return policy as outlined above.
